Do I need a referral to see a pharmacist at Opal?
No referral is required. In Ontario, pharmacists can prescribe and treat a growing list of conditions independently — you can book a Women's Health consultation, a UTI assessment, or a contraception renewal directly with us.

How do I transfer my prescriptions to Opal?
Start your prescription transfer right here or call us — we'll contact your current pharmacy and move everything for you. Most transfers are complete within one business day.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept all major Canadian prescription drug plans including OHIP+, Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Blue Cross, and most workplace plans. Direct billing is available.
What services does Opal Wellness Pharmacy offer?
Beyond prescriptions and free local delivery, Opal offers vaccinations and injections, travel health, compounding (including veterinary compounds), medication packaging, minor ailments and Access to Care consultations, weight loss consultations, and Women's Health care.
